What should I do if my travel is delayed or cancelled?

If your travel is delayed or cancelled, whether by ferry, bus, train, car, airline, or speedboat, we’ll notify you via email and text message with all the necessary details. In the event of last-minute changes, the transport company may also contact you directly.

We understand that delays or cancellations can be stressful, so we prioritize handling any inquiries related to these situations.

If your journey is cancelled, the transport company will, whenever possible, offer an alternative, either at a different time or on a similar route. However, in some cases—such as extreme weather, safety issues, or strikes—no alternative may be available for the same day. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers force majeure events to protect yourself.
