Once approved, your refund will be immediately submitted through our payment gateway and banking system. The timing to receive your funds follows this process:
- Our payment gateway typically processes the refund within 2-3 business days
- After gateway processing, your bank needs an additional 14-21 business days to transfer the funds to your account, or may wait until your next billing cycle
- For international cards, your refund amount may be converted to your local currency by your credit card company
