Operators must register both their drones and pilot licences with CAAT and NBTC, and flight plans must be submitted at least three days in advance via the UAS Portal. Flying is permitted only between 06.00 and 18.00 hours, up to a maximum altitude of 90 metres. Prohibited zones include border provinces, military areas, and airports. Violations may result in legal penalties. Travellers are urged to check the latest rules before flying.
